The answer at the top
The page asks how this brand ranks in the AI answers. The answer states its place by visibility among the monitored brands. The line under it names the topics that this brand leads or misses, and the platforms that name it most and least. What the page compares
Insights is the comparison, so it shows every platform, every topic and every brand at once. Its toolbar offers the market and the range only. See Filters. A branded filter that another page set still applies here. The toolbar then shows it, and one press removes it.The tiles
The first four tiles are the Overview’s: Visibility, Share of Voice, Sentiment and Recommended. Two more name the platform that names this brand most often, and the platform that names it least often, each with its visibility.Brand insights
- The chart draws one metric per day for this brand and its competitors: visibility, Share of Voice or sentiment. It is the chart of the Overview. See The trend.
- Recommendation shows one bar per brand. The bar splits the brand’s labeled mentions between recommended, neutral and advised against. Neutral means that the answer names the brand without a recommendation. A brand with no mention to classify shows a dash.
Performance matrix
The matrix puts one metric in a grid. Dimensions picks the grid, and Metric picks the figure.
The metrics are Visibility, Share of Voice, Sentiment and Recommended. Topics × Platforms shows Visibility only, because it counts this brand alone.
A dash is a cell with nothing to measure. Hover over it for the reason: no analyzed answer there, no answer that names a monitored brand, or no mention to classify. A dash is never 0%.
The three dots on the card export the grid as CSV, save it as an image, or copy it as text.
Breakdown
The breakdown splits the period by market, by persona or by topic. It shows when the project has more than one market, or at least one persona or topic. Break down by picks the split.
“Names a brand” tells two low visibilities apart. When few answers name any brand, nobody wins the question yet. When most name a brand but not this one, the rivals win it. A row with no analyzed answer shows a dash, never 0%. Markets and languages says how to read two markets side by side.
