An agency runs FullReach AI as one organization. Each client is a project of its own, and one login reaches all of them.

Set up the first client

1

Answer the first question

The setup wizard asks who you are tracking. Choose Brands I manage for clients. The wizard then reads the client’s website, not the agency’s own.
2

Set up the client's brand

The rest of the wizard is the same as for a single brand. Get started walks through each step.
3

Add the next client

Add a project, under Settings, Organization, runs the setup again for the next brand. Projects says what a project can and cannot do.
To monitor the agency’s own brand too, add it as one more project.

One plan for every client

  • Projects. Each tier runs a fixed number of projects. Advanced sells more. Plan limits states the numbers.
  • Prompts. The plan’s prompts are pooled across the projects. A large client can take more of the pool than a small one.
  • Platforms and pausing are set per project. See Projects.
Account and billing says how to change the plan.

People

Every person in the organization sees every project. The admins pay, add projects and manage the team. Account and billing lists who can do what.

Reporting to a client

  • The monthly report prints one project’s closed month to PDF, under the organization’s name and logo. With a logo set, the report carries no FullReach AI mark. See Monthly report.
  • An AI assistant can read one client only. An MCP connection or an API key can read every project, or one project. See Connect a client.
  • CSV export saves the tables of each page. Plan limits says which tiers have it.

Winning a client

A pitch measures a prospect’s brand for a fixed number of days, outside the plan’s projects and prompts. When the prospect signs, the pitch becomes a project and keeps its history.
