FullReach AI sends a mail to whoever can act on it. A decision goes to the admins. A fact goes to every member who joined. The Digest and the Alerts go to every member who has not turned them off.

Every mail

A “member” here is anybody who joined the organization, admins included. A colleague who has not accepted an invitation gets nothing.

The weekly Digest

The Digest says what changed in the answers for one project. It compares the last full calendar week, Monday to Sunday in UTC, with the week before. Its figures can therefore differ from the dashboard’s, which read trailing windows that end on the newest day. A week with no analysed answers sends no Digest. The Digest holds these sections, each only when it has something to say:
  • The headline. “Named in 42% of 318 analysed answers”: this brand’s visibility over the week, against the week before. The first measured week has no comparison.
  • Sharpest change. One platform and one prompt that recommended this brand in at least 3 answers the week before, and in none last week.
  • Competitors that moved. Up to 5 competitors whose visibility rose, fell, appeared or disappeared.
  • Share of voice. Each brand whose share of voice moved by at least 10 points, before and after, with its recommending answers in both weeks.
  • Prompts that flipped. Up to 3 prompts that started or stopped naming this brand.
  • New sources. Up to 5 domains that the answers cited for the first time.
  • New Actions this week. Up to 5 Actions first built in the week.
  • This site. The sessions that AI assistants sent, and the crawler requests, when Google Analytics or the logs are connected.
  • Standing issues. Crawlers that robots.txt blocks, and prompts that name nobody. They repeat each week until they are fixed.
  • Perception. This brand’s top quality with its score and change, and any objection raised for the first time. See Perception.
  • The monthly report. The first Digest after a month closes links to that month’s report.
Like every figure, the Digest leaves branded prompts out.

Alerts

An Alert goes out on the day a standing problem starts:
  • robots.txt now blocks a crawler. This brand’s robots.txt blocks an AI crawler that it allowed at the read before. See Crawlability.
  • A prompt names nobody. A prompt’s answers named no company on its last 7 collection days. See Prompts.
An Alert says what started. The Digest then lists it under Standing issues each week until it ends.

The first days

A trial gets one more mail, 3 days after its first results. It says how often the answers named this brand, and names one prompt where a rival was named every day. It also names the best and the worst platform, and one Action. When a Digest goes out the same day, the Digest replaces it.

Turning mail off

Settings, Organization, Email turns off the Digest, the Alerts and the first-days mail, for your own address. The link at the foot of each of those mails does the same, after it asks. Sign-in links, invitations, billing mail and the first-results mail still arrive.
