An AI visit is a session that a link in an AI assistant started on the project’s website, as Google Analytics 4 counts it.

Connect Google Analytics

FullReach AI reads the property as its own service account. You grant that account read access, and you can remove it at any time.
1

Add the account as a Viewer

In Google Analytics, open Admin, then Property access management. Add the address that the AI visits page shows, with the Viewer role.
2

Copy the property ID

Open Admin, then Property details. The property ID is a number. An ID that starts with G- belongs to a data stream, not to the property.
3

Enter the ID

Paste the ID on the AI visits page. The first read starts at once and shows the last quarter.
After that, FullReach AI reads the property each day. Google Analytics revises a day for about two days, so each read also takes the days before it again.

What FullReach AI reads

Counts only: sessions, engaged sessions, key events and purchase revenue, per day, assistant, landing page, country and device. The report that Google Analytics answers carries no visitor. A session counts when Google Analytics gives it the medium ai-assistant, or when its source is an AI assistant that FullReach AI knows.

Why the counts are a floor

  • Google Analytics files Google’s AI Overviews and AI Mode under Organic Search, not under AI assistants.
  • An app that sends no referrer lands in Direct.
  • Revenue shows only when the property tracks purchases. A property without e-commerce tracking reports zero, so the page shows a dash instead.

Each landing page beside the answers

Each landing page shows the answers in the same window that cite it, per platform. That join is the part Google Analytics alone does not have.

Disconnect

Disconnect on the AI visits page removes every visit read from the property. Removing the address in Google Analytics stops every read, and the page then shows why.
