Two windows on one page
The Overview reads two windows. Both end on the newest day with analysed answers, not on today.
The header states the tiles’ window and the number of analysed answers in it.
The four tiles
The (i) beside each tile states its definition in the same words as its manual page.
The trend
The chart draws one metric per day: visibility, share of voice or sentiment. It shows this brand and its 4 strongest competitors by visibility over the tiles’ window.- A day’s value is noisy, because each prompt runs once a day on each platform. Read the line over several days.
- Marks on the line show the day an Action was marked done, and the day it went live.
- A note under the chart says how many days of the period have answers so far, and when the first comparison arrives.
Top competitors
A table of this brand and the strongest monitored competitors, with visibility and its change, share of voice and the positive share of sentiment. Hover over a sentiment figure for its three shares. The table reads the tiles’ window. The Competitors page lists every monitored brand, over the period. The breakdowns
The breakdown splits the period by market, by persona or by topic. It shows when the project has more than one market, or at least one persona or topic.
Each breakdown ignores its own filter, because it is the comparison. “Names a brand” tells two low visibilities apart. When few answers name any brand, nobody wins the question yet. When most name a brand but not this one, the rivals win it. Markets and languages says how to read two markets side by side.
