- New pitch is in the project switcher, for an admin on a paid plan. It runs the setup for the prospect’s brand. The trial has no pitches.
- The countdown is in the header and in the switcher while the pitch is open. At the end, collection stops. The dashboard and the monthly report stay readable for a time, and then the pitch leaves the project list.
- Convert is in the header, for an admin. The pitch becomes a project and keeps every answer it collected. It takes one project of the plan, and its prompts count toward the plan’s prompts. When the plan has no room, the dashboard says so and links to the plan.
- A converted pitch still counts toward the pitch allowance. A pitch cannot pause. An organization cannot pitch a domain that it monitors as a project.
