Connect
1
Create an API key
An admin creates a key under Settings, Organization, API keys. A key for one project reads that project only. Use one per client report.
2
Open the connector
Open the connector from fullreach.ai/integrations/data-studio, or from the API keys card. Sign in to Data Studio with the Google account that owns the report.
3
Allow it, then paste the key
Data Studio asks you to allow the connector to reach an external service. Allow it, then paste the key.
4
Choose a table and a project
Choose Brands, Prompts or Sources, and the project. Select Connect. Data Studio lists the fields, and the report can chart them.
Start from the report
The FullReach AI report has four pages: Overview, Platforms, Prompts and Sources. A copy reads this brand’s data with your key.1
Open the report
Open the FullReach AI report. Each viewer reads it with their own key.
2
Make a copy
Open the menu and select Make a copy. Data Studio lists the report’s three data sources: Brands, Prompts and Sources.
3
Give each one your data source
For each one, open New Data Source and select Create data source. Choose the FullReach AI connector, the same table and your project. Then select Copy Report.
Chart the rates
Visibility and share of voice are fields that the connector adds. Chart them by brand. Data feed gives each formula. When a chart shows an error
The connector shows the server’s own sentence. The usual ones:- The plan. A key from a plan below the connector’s reads nothing. Limits names the plan.
- The key. A revoked key, or a key whose admin left, stops at once. Create a new key and edit the data source’s credentials.
- Too many charts at once. A large report page loads its charts in turns, and the connector waits for its turn. A chart that still shows the sentence loads on the next refresh.
