# Account and billing

> Signing in, the people in an organization, the trial, plans and payment, projects, and closing an organization.

An organization holds the plan, the people and the projects. A project is one tracked brand, with its own prompts, competitors, platforms and markets. [Plan limits](/reference/limits) states what each tier allows.

## Signing in

FullReach AI has no passwords.

* **By email.** Enter your company address, and open the link in the mail. The link works for 24 hours. A personal inbox, such as Gmail or Outlook.com, cannot start a trial.
* **With Google or Microsoft.** Use a work account: Google Workspace, or a Microsoft work or school account. A personal account is refused.

A session lasts 30 days in the browser that signed in. **Sign out** is under **Settings**, **Organization**.

One address belongs to one organization. Two colleagues who each sign up get two organizations. To work together, one of them invites the other.

## People

The person who signs up is the organization's admin. A colleague you invite joins as a member.

Admins and members can change everything about what a project measures:

* prompts, competitors, personas, topics, markets and platforms,
* the Profile and the catalog,
* Google Analytics and log uploads,
* the monthly report's note, and their own mail.

Only an admin can:

* pay and change the plan,
* add, pause and resume projects,
* invite and remove people, and change their role,
* create and revoke API keys,
* set the monthly report's name and logo,
* manage the crawler ingest key and Cloudflare,
* close the organization.

**Invite** a colleague under **Settings**, **Organization**, **Team**. The mail holds no link to click. The colleague signs in with that address and chooses to join. An address that already has its own organization cannot join another. Inviting again sends the mail again.

**Leave** takes you out of the organization. **Remove** takes out a colleague. An API key belongs to the organization, so a key the colleague created keeps working, and they can still read with it. Revoke it under **API keys**, which names who created each key. The last admin cannot leave. Close the organization instead.

An admin changes a colleague's role in the **Team** list. Click the role, then confirm. A colleague must join before they can become an admin. An admin can also make themselves a member while another admin stays. We send a mail to the colleague whose role changed.

## The trial

A trial lasts 7 days and needs no card. It runs on the tier you picked at setup, up to Pro's limits, with that tier's features. Perception runs in every trial. [Refer a Friend](/reference/refer-a-friend) links give a longer trial.

* 2 days before the end, the admins get a mail.
* When the trial ends, collection stops and the dashboard shows the plans. Everything collected so far stays, and the dashboard opens again when you subscribe.
* An ended trial is not deleted automatically.

## Plans and payment

An admin chooses a plan under **Settings**, **Organization**, **Plan & billing**, or on the screen that follows the trial.

* **Monthly or yearly.** A yearly plan costs less per month. The [pricing page](https://fullreach.ai/pricing) shows both.
* **Card only**, through Stripe. Checkout asks for a billing address and takes a VAT ID.
* **Prices exclude VAT.** Checkout adds VAT where the law requires it. A valid EU VAT ID from outside Lithuania makes the sale a reverse charge.
* **Subscribing ends the trial.** The first period starts, and is charged, on the day you subscribe.

**Manage billing** opens Stripe's billing portal: the card, the invoices, a change of plan and cancelling. The portal shows how a change takes effect before you approve it.

* **A higher plan** applies once its invoice is paid.
* **A lower plan** can hold fewer projects and prompts. FullReach AI then keeps the oldest projects and prompts within the new limits and pauses the rest. The admins get a mail that lists what it paused.
* **Cancelling** runs the plan to the end of the period you paid for.
* **A refund.** We refund the first paid invoice in full if you ask within 14 days of it. The [Terms](https://fullreach.ai/terms) hold the rest.

When a payment fails, the dashboard stays open and a banner asks for a new card. The admins get a mail. When Stripe's retries fail too, the dashboard closes until you pay, and it says that the subscription has ended.

## Projects

* **Add a project** is under **Settings**, **Organization**, on a tier with more than one project. It runs the setup again for the new brand. [Plan limits](/reference/limits) says how many new projects a week an organization can add.
* **A project cannot be deleted, renamed or moved to another domain.** Pause it instead.
* **Pause** is under **Settings**, **Project**, with that project open. A paused project collects nothing and frees its slot and its prompts. Everything it collected stays readable. **Resume** needs room on the plan.
* **Platforms** are under **Settings**, **Project** too. A platform you switch off collects no answers from the next collection. The price and the prompt allowance stay the same. At least one platform stays on.

The project switcher at the top of the sidebar opens another project.

## Mail

[Mail](/guides/mail) lists every mail and who gets it. **Settings**, **Organization**, **Email** turns off the weekly Digest and the Alerts for your own address.

## API keys

An admin creates API keys under **Settings**, **Organization**, **API keys**, for the MCP server. [Connect a client](/mcp/connect) says how to use one.

## Closing the organization

An admin closes the organization under **Settings**, **Organization**. The page asks first.

* Tracking stops and the dashboard closes at once, for everybody.
* Any subscription ends at once. We do not refund the time left.
* Every member gets a mail with the date of the erasure.
* For 90 days, the organization can come back: write to [hello@fullreach.ai](mailto:hello@fullreach.ai). After that, FullReach AI erases it.

## Help

**Your contact**, at the top of the dashboard and under **Settings**, **Organization**, names the person who answers. Write a message there, copy the address, or book a call. [Plan limits](/reference/limits) states how many messages an organization can send a day.
